The glossy plastic used in the phone gives a very inexpensive feel, which will be called a drawback, but it can be ignored when using the phone with a protective case or cover. The water-drop notch on the front side will also be called old in view of today's trend.
The Galaxy M21 has Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the front, along with attractive features like dedicated card slot, USB Type C port, and audio jack, etc. The fingerprint sensor is found at the back which is quite fast and accurate. This sensor is personally wireless to me from the optical in-display sensor given in the Galaxy A series.
Overall, the Galaxy M21 does not offer a special premium feel but it can be said to be better than the average due to the compact design despite having a larger battery.
Not all AMOLED displays are the same. The display given in the Galaxy M21 looks a bit less than the Samsung Galaxy A51, but still, it can be said to be a good display for watching videos. In the display settings, you also get 2 color profiles as natural and vivid.
The display is not very bright, but in the outdoor, you can read text comfortably on the screen.
You can play PUBG on the phone, but you will not like the performance. If you set the game settings to smooth - extreme then it looks a little right.

The call quality is quite good in our area. The phone supports all basic connectivity as well as supports Bluetooth 5.1 and Wi-Fi calling.
In good light, the Galaxy M21 is capable of giving you better output with good details. Camera quality is very similar to the Galaxy M31.
Using a wide-angle camera, you can click nice shorts in daylight, but you will not use it much.

The 20MP selfie camera on the front gives good output but it appears only behind the Galaxy M31.
4K recording is supported in this, but for the best output, we would suggest using 1080 and super-steady.
In the box, you have been given a 15W fast charger but it cannot be said to be fast considering the battery capacity. It takes more than 2.5 hours to fully charge the device.
As far as audio output is concerned, bottom speakers give you much faster output, which is better than the quality average.
It is clear that the online exclusive smartphones of Realme and Xiaomi give you a slightly better chipset, but they also have something that you do not find here like better software and battery backup.
